       This is a VM problem with file permissions. So long as you are pointed to a
       directory on the Virtual hard drive it works fine.


Outstanding VirtualBox Issues
   = gedit, and other software does not save files to windows shared drives, but issues
      a save error. Requires the old file to be delete with the file manager before
      saving file.
   = When 3D display is enabled Snapshot screen capture does not work on some
       video systems. Disabling video acceleration allows screen capture to work.
